Expo Hall
Our Expo Hall rooms comfortably accommodate 300-350 guests, with additional rooms available for up to 600+ guests for larger receptions and parties.

Conference Rooms
Our conference rooms can comfortably accommodate 5-250 guests. For parties over 250, we recommend moving to one of our Expo Halls (see above.)

Rehearsal Dinners

Policy Notes
Event Timeline: The contracted end time on your event space concludes at 12:00 AM (Midnight). Extended service times will be subject to a $100 per hour labor fee for events that exceed the contracted end time of 12:00 AM.
Alcoholic Beverage Service: For the safety and security of all guests and our clients, any event with projected alcohol sales of $2,500 or greater will be required to have event security. This may consist of our Event Staff security team and/or Ottumwa Police Officers. Number and type of security will be determined by BVC and based on nature and setting of event. All events with projected alcohol sales of at least $5,000 must have at least one (1) uniformed and armed Ottumwa Police Officer on duty during all event hours. Policy may be modified at the discretion of BVC management and the City of Ottumwa.
